RETURN POLICY

Disclaimer

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We","Us" and South Atlantic Cutlery Co, refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. "Website" and "Online Store" can be used interchangeably throughout this document and hold the same meaning within the scope of this document. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing South African Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Returns

We do not refund or accept returns on any item(s).

2. Exchanges 

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at southatlanticcutleryco@hotmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You will the be informed where to send the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Shipping

You will be informed where to return the item.

Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
